Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. The specific withdrawal notice and conditions applicable to your purchase are provided in the Paddle checkout or related purchase documents.

Digital services

Special statutory rules can apply when digital services begin before the withdrawal period expires and when the right of withdrawal may expire. The declarations collected at checkout and contractual information provided to you are decisive.

To exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, you can send us or the contractual partner named at checkout a clear statement of your decision. Helpful details include your name, purchase email address, purchase date and affected subscription.
